1. Service scope

Company information, product introductions, business enquiries and related account services. Orders, personal records and health services are additionally covered by the relevant product policies.

Website descriptions are not a commitment to specific functionality, prices, delivery dates or qualifications. Project scope, fees, milestones, intellectual property and acceptance criteria are determined by the quotation and contract actually agreed by the parties.

2. Agreements and charges

Browsing does not purchase a service or accept new charges. Scope, actual price and currency, term and delivery conditions must be clear before purchase. This page does not create undisclosed features, charges, automatic renewal or deadlines. A separately valid order or project agreement governs that order without removing non-excludable statutory rights.

3. Acceptable use and responsibility

Use accounts and information lawfully and with authorisation. Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights; attack systems; steal credentials; bypass access controls; upload malicious files; or use the service unlawfully. You need an appropriate lawful basis before submitting another person’s information.

4. Interruptions, changes and liability

Maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. Explanations and remedies depend on actual impact; technical readiness is not delivery acceptance. Material changes or discontinuation affecting purchased rights must follow the contract and law. No limitation excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

5. After-sales and disputes

An enquiry itself creates no payment obligation. Changes, termination, settlement for completed work and refunds for an agreed project follow that project’s contract and applicable law. This corporate website does not create a universal unconditional refund or no-refund rule.

For a dispute, first contact us with the product, order or request and relevant facts. If unresolved, lawful remedies through competent authorities or courts remain available. These terms do not restrict lawful complaint, court or jurisdiction rights.
