本条款适用于甲目科技提供的公司官网、统一登录以及关联产品入口。JumHub、Jiluuu、The Clever Smile 和 ScanHealth 的具体交易、订阅或专业服务可能另有产品条款；如有差异，以对应产品明确展示的专项条款为准。

These terms apply to the Jia Mu Technology website, unified sign-in, and related product entry points. Specific transactions, subscriptions, or professional services for JumHub, Jiluuu, The Clever Smile, and ScanHealth may be governed by additional product terms.

您应提供真实、准确的信息并妥善保护账号。使用 Google 等第三方登录表示您授权我们接收登录所需的基本资料；第三方平台自身的服务仍受其条款约束。企业账号可能需要管理员审核后才能使用相应业务功能。

You must provide accurate information and protect your account. By using Google or another external sign-in provider, you authorize us to receive the basic data required for authentication. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, and business accounts may require administrator approval.

您不得利用服务实施违法活动、侵犯他人权利、传播恶意内容、绕过访问控制、干扰系统运行，或对服务进行未经授权的抓取、攻击和逆向操作。发现安全问题时，请及时联系我们，不要公开利用漏洞。

You may not use the services for unlawful activity, rights infringement, malicious content, access-control bypass, service disruption, unauthorized scraping, attacks, or reverse engineering. Please report security issues responsibly and do not publicly exploit vulnerabilities.

甲目科技及关联产品的商标、界面、软件和原创内容受相关法律保护。您保留对自己合法上传内容的权利，并授权我们在提供、维护和改进您所使用的服务所必需的范围内处理该内容。

Jia Mu Technology trademarks, interfaces, software, and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit and grant us the limited rights necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the services you use.

我们会合理维护服务的连续性和安全性，但可能因升级、维护、网络或不可抗力暂时中断。对依法不能排除的责任不作限制；在法律允许范围内，我们仅对可合理预见且由我们直接造成的损失承担责任。

We work to maintain service continuity and security, but services may be interrupted by upgrades, maintenance, networks, or events beyond reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and otherwise limit liability to reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by us.
